Google Chrome Update Released with Multiple User Sign-In Support
Google has released an updated Chrome for Windows, Mac and Linux with new features which make the browser specific to user with his settings.
The first new feature of latest Chrome browser is “Sign-in to Chrome” option, that enables users to take their browser settings, bookmarks, apps and other stuff automatically on other devices. To use Sign in to Chrome just click on wrench menu and select “Sign in to Chrome.”
The other new feature of Chrome update is “Add New Users”, this option is quite useful when several people have to use same system, so that each user can launch its specific browser stuff. Adding new users lets you each sign in to Chrome to sync your own stuff to your devices.
“Keep in mind that adding new users to Chrome isn’t intended to secure your data against other people using your computer, since it just takes a few clicks to switch between users. We’re providing this functionality as a quick and simple user interface convenience for people who are already sharing Chrome on the same computer today.
To truly protect your data from being seen by others, please use the built-in user accounts on your operating system of choice.”
