14.8 Million IPads have been sold globally since they launched. Over Christmas 2010 alone, 7.3 million were sold. The biggest iPad Owning age is 25 to 34 year-olds, and 21 per cent of 18 to 34 year-olds intend to buy an iPad 2 at some point. According to figures published by Distimo, an app store alalytics company, games are the most downloaded apps.
